How glass and handrail pickup works
- Choose your preferred location. For glass or handrail pickup, add your items to the cart, choose one of the eight depots in the pickup preference section and save your details before checkout. Your selection is recorded in your order notes. For home delivery, leave the depot unselected.
- Place and pay for your order with Spigot Factory. Glass panels, handrails and hardware can be purchased together in one order.
- Wait for your collection email. After confirming your order and availability, we will send the full pickup address, your dedicated pickup order number and collection instructions.
- Collect once your order is ready. On arrival, go to reception first and quote the dedicated pickup order number from your email. Your Spigot Factory order number may be different.
- Bring suitable transport. Make sure your vehicle and equipment are suitable for safely carrying the size and weight of the glass ordered.
Buying glass, handrails and hardware together
Glass and handrails may need to be collected separately from hardware. Glass and handrail collection is arranged at your confirmed collection point. Hardware pickup is available only at Wheelers Hill, Melbourne, VIC 3150. We will confirm the relevant collection details by email.
Hardware is not available for pickup at the eight glass and handrail collection points. Contact us before travelling if you need help coordinating a mixed order.
